You have 14 days to return the item in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for return postage and handling.
All returns will be inspected before any refund decision is made.
6-Month Warranty:
All items sold carry a 6-month return-to-base warranty.
Damages or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the product has been misused, not properly maintained, or damaged accidentally, Kiddies Motors reserves the right to cancel the warranty. Please note that accidental damage and water damage are not covered under the warranty.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we aim to repair it by sending replacement parts to the customer’s address.
If the item develops faults within 28 days of receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs for repair or replacement.
After 28 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back for repair or replacement.
The customer is also responsible for packaging the item securely for return.
We aim to repair and return the item within 14 working days; if not, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you the similar product.
Faulty Item Troubleshooting:
For faulty items, we advise customers to call directly for troubleshooting assistance from our technicians by calling 01274 966882.
Return Process:
Ensure the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in the same condition you received it, so it can be resold as new.
Return the product with proof of purchase via recorded delivery within 14 days from the date the item was dispatched to you.
Include your name, address, phone number or email, and the reason for the return.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Unwanted Items:
If you no longer wish to keep the item with in 14 days, an administration charge of 20% will apply to unwanted returns.
